- Developing 'your' marketing plan. What works best for YOU?
- Matching your sales strategy to your marketing strategy.
- Understanding the value of every rental and learning to maximize every customer contact as a potential self-storage customer.
2. Operations Management
- The basics of day-to-day business transactions, from rentals to payments and vacates and learning effective time management skills to be able to get it all done.
- Understanding the 'why?' of the operational and administrative procedures
- Utilizing excellent customer service to increase customer retention and improve facility value
- Learning to recognize minor maintenance issues and mitigate the potential for 'rental-killing' physical plant issues
3. Collections / Auction Procedures
- Techniques and procedures to collect rent and fees in a timely fashion
- Learn to minimize bad debt while maintaining high customer service standards
- How to hold an effective and legal auction
Managers will also have the opportunity for Q&A with the StorSucess moderators and share ideas and stories with their fellow managers.
